As a Fulfillment Expert I went around the entire store (including storage rooms), and hand picked the items that were purchased online by customers. I would then take those items into a backroom where i would package them up for UPS to come by and take them to their destinations.

• Ensured that all products were properly labeled prior to being shipped out from the warehouse.
• Operated handheld scanners to track merchandise throughout fulfillment process.
• Packed products into designated boxes, taking care to protect items from damage or shifting during transport.
• Packed merchandise for delivery and moved items to delivery area.
• Packaged items with appropriate materials to prevent damage during shipping.

• Communicated effectively with customers, vendors, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Cleaned up spills or debris in the dock area and disposed of them properly.
• Suggested and explained recommended services to meet customer needs and resolve specific issues.
• Resolved customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Responded to questions about local area and company services.
• Physically would catch a boat and get the ropes from them in order to tie them off next to the dock.
• Would also do that for Yachts.
