Rental Shop Foreman responsible for maintaining a fleet of 15 million dollars. Promoted to Service Manager after 6 months. Responsible for a fleet of 8 field techs and 12 shop techs.

Senior Field Tech responsible for the complete repairs of all rental equipment. Promoted to Service Manager after 1 1/2 years. Responsible for a rental fleet of 50 million dollars and a crew of 35 employees.

Senior Field Technician responsible for maintaining a fleet of over 30 million dollars. Factory trained in JLG, Genie, Skytrak, Skyjack, Volvo, Cummins, John Deere, Bobcat, Gehl, Deutz, and Case Equipment.
