Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of multiple business units within Weatherproofing Technologies Inc.’s (WTI) and Weatherproofing Technologies Canada’s (WTC) North American operation. Responsibilities include cultivating a culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and profitability equally within all aspects of the business. Day to day duties include setting strategic direction, providing customer service and sales support, leading 8 direct reports with nearly 1,000 additional personnel under the VP responsibility within all WTI/WTC service offerings (Roofing, Waterproofing, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), HVAC New Life, Building Envelope, and Safety Sales), and providing support and direction to bolster continued growth in overall revenue and business profitability.

Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of multiple business units within Weatherproofing Technologies Inc.’s (WTI) Eastern Division. Eastern Division is comprised of four Regions; Gulf Coast (GCR), South Atlantic (SAR), Mid Atlantic (MAR), and the North East (NER). Responsibilities include coordinating strategic direction with the four Regional Business Managers, providing support for all initiatives within the WTI service offerings (Roofing, Waterproofing, Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), Building Envelope, Safety Sales), providing support and direction to bolster continued growth in overall revenue and business profitability, and as always, contributing to a culture of teamwork and quality.

Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of multiple business units within Weatherproofing Technologies Inc.’s (WTI) Gulf Coast Region to include setting strategic direction, providing customer service and sales support, managing personnel and performance of all business units being managed, ensuring business profitability for those divisions being managed, and contributing to a culture of teamwork and quality.

Monitor safety, quality, productivity and efficiency along with controlling all areas of Baker Roofing CO. exposure and risks in the Charlotte, NC (previously Orlando, FL) area. Total responsibility for P&L as well as all administrative, estimating, management, sales and field personnel. Responsible for vetting estimates, proposals and specifications prior to delivery to the customer.

Work closely with the Executive team to develop strategic initiatives designed to improve EBITDA performance companywide. Actively involved in a myriad of operational, financial, and system related projects with the overall objective of improving safety, quality, and productivity while assuring project schedules and budgetary goals are met or exceeded. Areas of responsibility also include hiring, training and supervising the project management, purchasing, warehouse, fleet/mechanics, transportation, lightweight concrete and other administrative teams.
