Assist Donors in contributing funds, whether it's an individual or churches, to missionaries, ministries and other funds that the Assemblies of God endorse.

Assist ministers, missionaries and chaplains in their giving of dues and tithes and maintaining and managing of their accounts. If needed, advise them of their financial responsibilities and guide them in their stewardship giving.

Receive inbound calls from Card Members from Personal to Business Card accounts. Gave product info and aspects of Chase cards (personal and business), interest info, received payments, replaced loss card, recognized and reported fraud transactions, authorization disputes, travel authorizations etc... Dealt with business card and authorizing officer and employee card issues. Made sure to give the best customer service to the Card Member.
