Responsibilities

• Oversee our seven branches, mosquito division, technical and training department, SMART department and Fleet
• Direct and guide direct report branch mangers and departments heads through business decision implementation, strategy and day-to-day operational concerns
• Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to operational activities
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure that established objectives are met or exceeded
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving delivery of service levels for improved customer experience and retention
• Collaborate with other departments in order to achieve organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiencies across all areas of operations
• Provide training and mentoring support for all levels of management in the operations department
• Build a culture and structure which provides a great employee experience and continuous engagement

• Analyze financial and operational reports to understand cost and revenue results, identify the drivers and develop strategies to grow the business
• Directly supervise Service Managers. This includes providing performance feedback, discipline, rewards, and performance evaluations. Indirectly responsible for Service technicians
• Provide oversight for all interviewing, hiring, and training of branch employees within. Responsible for appropriate staffing
• Partner with Technical Training team to determine training needs and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Manage branch budget
• Provide hands on coaching, including ride-alongs, to Service Managers and Commercial Account Managers to demonstrate updated pest control techniques and identification of sales opportunities

• Oversaw technician team, tending to and supporting in the field, training, auditing accounts, driving audits
• Product ordering and inventory
• Coordinated with technical and training to provide training for technicians
• Maintaining fleet
• Safety inspections on vehicles, equipment, etc.

• Termite technician, exclusion technician, large commercial account and sensitive account technician
• Serviced LEED certified accounts
• Provided quality assurance inspections and audits to assist branch manager
• Assisted in the office with customer service and back office tasks

• Provided care for all dogs rejected from program and not eligible for student care
• Maintained diets, medications, and overall care for rejected/holdover dogs
• Corrected dogs rejected for dog aggression, human aggression and behavioral concerns with obedience, temperament, confidence, separation anxiety, and agility training so ensure the opportunity to be adopted
• Worked with local police departments providing rejected dogs an opportunity to work with search and rescue, narcotics, bomb searching and other scent detection needs
