  • Maintained records of daily activities such as labor hours worked, materials used.
  • Monitored progress of work against plans and specifications to identify potential problems, delays and or emergency repairs.
  • Work covered all aspects of building maintenence, including, but not limited to the following:
  • 1)p Plumbing repairs to sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, fixtures and emergency repairs of broken and leaky pipes, as well as clogged sinks and toilets.
  • 2) Furniture repairs and refinishing of wooden office furniture, replacement of chair castor's, door lock and plate replacements, rewiring of lamps, replacement of bulbs and faulty lighting fixtures, etc.
  • 3) interior painting, replacement of damaged drop ceiling panels, repair of wire frame ceiling hangers, etc.
  • 4) General grounds maintenence, snow removal, cutting grass, trimming bushes and trees, cleaning up debris & trash.
  • 5) All aspects of janitorial services, cleaning of offices, bathrooms, hallways, trash collection and removal, maintaing adequate supplies of bathroom hygienic items such as toilet pater, towels, hand soap, etc.
  • 6) Familiarization and competency in the use of all tools and related machinery in the various aspects of the Building Maintenence trades, including safety training.
  • 7) "Work Experience Certificates" are available for inspection and review.

In an attempt to be transparent, I was serving a "Life Without Parole" (LWOP) sentence within the Pa. Dept Of Corrections for the crimes of 2nd Degree (felony) murder and Robbery. My sentence was Commuted, after review by the Pennsylvania Board Of Pardons, and released by former Governor of Pa, Tom Wolf on 08/05/2021 after serving 45 years of my sentence. I have been living in Centreville, Maryland since my release from a Philadelphia community Correctional Center on 08/06/2022 (transitional period).
