- 6) Familiarization and competency in the use of all tools and related machinery in the various aspects of the Building Maintenence trades, including safety training.

In an attempt to be transparent, I was serving a "Life Without Parole" (LWOP) sentence within the Pa. Dept Of Corrections for the crimes of 2nd Degree (felony) murder and Robbery. My sentence was Commuted, after review by the Pennsylvania Board Of Pardons, and released by former Governor of Pa, Tom Wolf on 08/05/2021 after serving 45 years of my sentence. I have been living in Centreville, Maryland since my release from a Philadelphia community Correctional Center on 08/06/2022 (transitional period).
