Working as an ATF detailee with an interagency collaboration I am focused on the immediate collection, management, and analysis of crime gun evidence, such as shell casings, in real time, in an effort to identify shooters, disrupt criminal activity, and to prevent future violence. I am also responsible for maintaining an ongoing collaboration between the ATF, local police department, the local crime laboratory, probation and parole, local police gang units, prosecuting attorneys, U.S. Attorney’s Office, crime analysts, community groups, and academic organizations.

I am responsible for the delivery of curriculum using lesson plans in order to instruct contract security personnel working at FPS locations. I analyze training statistical data, as a part of the training needs analysis process, to support training recommendations. The training conducted includes but not limited to: Basic and Refresher Training, CPR/First Aid/AED training, Defensive Tactics, Handcuffing, Baton, OC Spray and Firearms Instructions, and National Weapons Detection training. I travel to multiple locations nationwide.

Coordinated, developed, delivered and managed employee training and development programs for the Coast Guard and Court Security Officer contracts; conducted needs assessments: identified training needs; developed and customized training courses, content and materials; oversaw and delivered training; evaluated the effectiveness of training, and made adjustments as necessary to improve training outcomes. I provided regular reports to management regarding training initiatives, scheduling, and effectiveness of employee and organizational development initiatives. I also developed and implemented methods of measuring the effectiveness of training programs. In addition, I conducted and facilitated training sessions, presenting information clearly and concisely to various audiences.

I am responsible for the overall training quality and standards conformance in accordance with the contract SOW between ADC LTD NM and The Federal Aviation Administration. I plan training objectives and schedule personnel. I maintain training files in compliance with the Federal Aviation Administration. In addition, I possess the appropriate certifications to perform First Aid, CPR, AED, Intermediate weapons, Defensive tactics, and firearms instruction for FAA's Security Officers. I also perform additional duties as assigned as necessary. Supervised Training Officers in conducting contract-required and specialized training. I also oversaw the development of curricula for training programs and revised as necessary to meet mission requirements by the FAA.

Managing a Federal Security Contract transition, I Coordinated, developed, conducted and managed employee training and development programs for KR Contracting. I also conducted a training needs assessment in compliance with the government. I developed a training course to include content and materials and scheduled personnel as needed. Furthermore, I created training files in compliance with the Federal Aviation Administration and SOW requirements. In addition, I ensured laws and regulations that may affect the contract were reviewed and made changes as necessary. Ensured quality control of the training program. I Ensured training completion documentation was submitted to the COR promptly after training completion.

I served as the focal point for multiple contract training compliance requirements. I am responsible for the overall training quality and standards conformance in accordance with the contract SOW between Triple Canopy and the Federal Protective Service. I planned training objectives and scheduled personnel while ensuring contract staffing and operational continuity. I maintained training files in compliance with Department of Homeland Security standards and managed training resources within budget. In addition, I possess the appropriate certifications to perform First Aid, CPR, AED, Intermediate weapons, Defensive tactics, National Weapons Detection Training Program, and firearms instructions for 260 Protective Security Officers. I confirmed trainer and employee position proficiency through such methods as on-the-job observation and assessments as well.

Provided physical protection of nuclear power generating facilities against intrusion and acts of sabotage. Conducted armed stationary, foot and/or vehicle patrol (interior and/or exterior). Controlled access and/or egress of personnel, materials and vehicles. Monitor CCTV, plant surveillance equipment and alarm systems. Composed reports. As a Federal Air Marshal, I was responsible to detect, deter, and defeat hostile acts against U.S. air carriers, passengers, and crews. I was an armed Federal law enforcement officer, deployed on passenger flights worldwide to protect airline passengers and crew against the risk of criminal and terrorist violence. I performed investigative work and participated in multi-agency task forces and in land-based investigative assignments to proactively fight terrorism. As a Federal Air Marshal, I promoted public confidence in the safety of the Nation's aviation system as a "quiet professional" in the skies.
