• Learned wet lab skills such as bacterial plating, PCR, and gel electrophoresis
• Use of biostatistics as well as Rstudio to sequence multiple phenotypically related bacteria to a target source
• Presented data at a poster presentation regarding the isolated bacteria found within carpenter bees
