Create and maintain Microsoft project schedule and provide weekly and 3 week look aheads.
Responsible for maintaining and updating the company Allsafe computer program which tracks all safety compliance documentation to include lockout-tagouts, bloodborne pathogens, Hazcom, emergency procedures, fire safety, fire egress, spill plans, emergency eyewashes, PPE, hazardous materials storage, Infection Control Risk Assessment issues (ICRA) and Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM) as they pertain to individual facilities.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, RMS and Procore.
Able to pass background and security checks required for access to federal and military installations.
Ability to travel throughout the facility to conduct safety inspections. No physical limitations.
Assistant QCM -
Supervises all field construction activities, schedules material delivery, work crews and subcontractor activities to ensure timely completion.
Provide daily maintenance to the as-built drawings to ensure compliance with the contract.
Maintain regular communications with the Site Supervisor regarding project status and current issues.
Maintain a current inventory of all owned, leased or rented equipment.
Verifies work in place, computing its value for progress payment purposes.
Handles submittals for all project documents including RFI’s and field clarifications.
Maintains the required project logs.
Inspects the contractors’ workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with specifications for on-going and completed work.
Monitors all stages of construction to identify potential problems. Reports on problems and recommend solutions to the Superintendent and Project Manager.
Audits, analyzes, and provides evaluation of performance to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, stipulations, and standards.
Ensures the project complies with all safety regulations as well as state and or contractual standards to avoid fines, civil penalties, or criminal prosecution.
