Responsibilities include selling certified-used vehicles at our Car Sales locations. generate leads through the execution of a business plan; call qualified prospects to educate them on our program and set appointments; identify and overcome objections to close sales; build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals; continually demonstrate the ability to engage customers to your referral sources as a way to increase leads and sales.

Responsible for branch operations, which includes training and development of management trainees;condition and readiness of rental fleet; customer satisfaction and optimizing profitability.

Responsible for all aspects of store sales, merchandising and operations.

Responsible for the associates and daily maintenance of the warehouse; the customer service counter; small electronics and home delivery departments; as well as store shrink control and all store expenses.

Coordinated product receiving and routing to proper departments; total responsibility for merchandising displays for the entire store.
