Summary

Having worked at Jordans Furniture for quite a few years in quite a few different rolls I gained a lot of customer service experience which has helped me immensely in my current position as a supervisor within the USPS organization. I love working with the public and I love the feeling of doing all that can be done to help a customer. My current position is one that requires multi tasking and the ability to work at times not only with upset customers but a team of upper managers that demand answers and action daily to ensure as smooth a day as possible. My time at Jordans Furniture, especially within the then delivery department, was probably the best position that I have ever held and I don't think there was one day that I didn't want to work. At this time I am looking for part time work Tuesday nights and Sundays any time. Depending on time, other nights may be available within the customer service field to offset my income and I would love to have that part time work back at the organization that I enjoyed being a part of so much. Thank you

Architecture/Cultures/History and Reading

I am a huge fan of home design and architecture. My favorite thing in the nice weather months is to take trips to Newport and visit as many old homes and mansions as possible. I just love the atmosphere. Next year my family is planning to visit the largest house in America, The Biltmore Estate in North Caroline. I also enjoy fixing up and designing our own home since it is the closest we will get to owning our own castle.

With regards to cultures, My fathers family was from Greece and I grew up listening to the tales of this incredible country. I love the English and French for their architecture and contributions to design and with my wifes family hailing from the Azores I have learned quite a bit about the beautiful country of Portugal as well as the food, language and culture.

History, especially from the Civil War to the more recent 1950's fascinates me and I read as much as I can about those times and as much as I can about the families of the industrial revolution.
