• Staging loading and delivering building materials via Tractor trailer, and 24ft flat bed truck. Using Truck mounted forklift to unload materials safely. Performing daily truck checks.

Setting Appointments and receiving ongoing training for Solar Sales. Consistently Setting Appointments with cold leads. This was a second Job in addition to my day job as a Truck Driver. STIA canceled their online Sales division in April 2025.

• Working with Customers, Sales representatives, CAD designers, Municipal Authorities and Power Companies to ensure that our Solar plans were appropriate and that the customers needs were met. Site survey and CAD design review. Post installation review, to ensure that jobs were appropriately designed and installed to code. Building and reviewing lists of needed equipment for each project. Ensuring the progress of projects in the design stage for Residential and commercial Solar company in California. This was a fully remote position.

• Managing the warehouse for residential/commercial solar company. Keeping stock of all electrical equipment and building materials required to complete jobs. Ensuring that trucks were loaded with the right equipment for each job. Working and negotiating with vendors and Manufacturers to procure the necessary equipment for each job. Book keeping.

• Ensuring the successful completion of Solar installations throughout California, leading crews of 3-15 to install large and small projects, including installation on many custom homes and commercial and ground mount solar projects. Finishing jobs at avg 1-2 a day sometimes more depending on the size. During this period I also performed over 40 Main Service Panel Electrical upgrades, and would regularly meet with building officials to pass inspections. I am proficient in installing Battery backup systems and Generators. I also performed Service work and site surveys as needed. I was often picked for the biggest and most sensitive jobs do to my attention to detail, relentless attitude, leadership and customer service skills. I can perform all the tasks to complete a Solar installation competently and efficiently, and had great success in leading crews.

• Leading roof crew to safely and accurately install solar panels and electrical wiring on roofs. All types of roofs and houses throughout California.

• Performing all tasks related to the installation of Solar.

• After graduating high school and until I started installing Solar, My passion was Permaculture and Regenerative design. I made a living working many different construction jobs often on homesteads and organic farms, mixed with prospecting for Gold, hunting for Morel Mushrooms and cutting firewood in the mountains of northern California. I traveled as much as possible, exploring the wild places of America and abroad. I learned as much as I could about Permaculture and sustainable living. I took several Permaculture design courses and participated in a year long program at the Regenerative Designs Institute in Bolinas CA, where we studied in depth, regenerative agriculture, off grid living and nature awareness.
