Started as a plant maintenance tech and worked my way to maintenance supervisor in a few years, supervising the plant, mobile and building teams.

Helped streamline the EAM system to better suit our business needs.

Put a time tracking system in place to help track equipment costs and breakdowns.

Worked with the maintenance and operations managers daily to schedule repair work to maximize uptime and reduce repair costs.

Manage 18 employees across 3 departments to reduce response times to down equipment and send the correct techs to diagnose and repair equipment in a timely fashion.
