Hollywood Superior Courthouse

• Conducted daily patrol of Unincorporated East Los Angeles as well as three contract cities providing law enforcement and traffic enforcement.

• Worked with Deputies on training during the absence of their assigned Training Officers.

Los Angeles County Medical Center

• Provided security for medical staff and inmates alike during medical procedures, occasionally assisting in first aid in accordance with Department policies.
• Escorted inmates and medical staff outside of the secure area of the Jail Ward for more advanced medical procedures.

Twin Towers Correctional Facility

• Oversee the pre-trial incarceration of prisoners in the custody of the Sheriff of Los Angeles County, and sentenced prisoners of the State of California.
• Ensured compliance with state legislation governing correctional facilities.
• Duties included distributing meals, access to medical care and medication, access to recreational time, showers, mental health services etc.
• Oversaw the care of High Observation Inmates including the severely mentally ill.
