Role and Responsibilities:

• Project Supervision: Provided comprehensive supervision for the Pavilion Addition, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Subcontractor Management: Managed subcontractors involved in various scopes, including structural concrete, rebar, interior and exterior framing, acoustical ceilings, millwork/casework packages, and fire alarm systems.
• Change Order Negotiation: Actively negotiated Owner’s Change Orders during weekly meetings, facilitating clear communication and agreement on project modifications.
• Collaboration: Served as a representative of the General Contractor, working closely with the Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors to ensure the Pavilion project was completed on time and within budget.

Project Title: LAC+USC Medical Center Replacement Project

Project Management and Coordination Experience

• Supervision of Subcontractors: Oversaw and coordinated the work of subcontractors for over 5,500 door and hardware packages across four buildings, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Lead Shielding Installation: Managed the installation of lead shielding for linear accelerators, x-ray rooms, and brachytherapy rooms, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• MRI Room Shielding: Supervised the subcontractor responsible for copper shielding installation in three MRI rooms, focusing on quality control and effective communication.
• Metal Framing and Drywall: Directed the metal framing and drywall scope of work for two of the four buildings, ensuring structural integrity and alignment with design plans.
• Change Order Management: Processed Potential Change Orders and actively participated in weekly Owner change order meetings to address project changes and maintain budgetary control.
