. Pre-Job Planning

• Review job programs, frac designs, and client requirements.

• Ensure all materials (proppant, chemicals, water) and equipment are available.

• Conduct pre-job safety meetings and hazard assessments.

2. On-Site Operations Management

• Supervise the setup and operation of frac pumps, blenders, hydration units, and other equipment.

• Monitor pressure, rates, and volumes during pumping.

• Ensure proper sequencing of stages and adherence to frac design.

• Troubleshoot equipment or operational issues on the spot. 3. Safety & Compliance

• Enforce company and regulatory safety standards.

• Lead Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and toolbox talks.

• Ensure PPE is worn correctly and safety protocols are followed.

• Stop work if unsafe conditions arise. 4. Crew Leadership

• Assign tasks and oversee crew performance.

• Manage shift changes and crew rotations.

• Provide on-the-job training for newer crew members.

5. Communication & Coordination

• Act as the main contact between field crew, engineers, and the client.

• Provide real-time job updates and post-job reports.

• Coordinate with logistics for materials resupply. 6. Post-Job Duties

• Oversee rig-down of frac equipment.

• Complete job paperwork, including daily activity reports and incident reports.

• Review frac data with engineers for performance analysis.

7. Equipment & Maintenance Oversight

• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and ready for the next job.

• Schedule preventative maintenance and inspections.

•Operated equipment including: Chem ad, Hydration, Blender, pressure skid, diesel and natural gas pumps from datavan/control room, man-basket, and forklift.

• Conducted routine maintenance on equipment, and troubleshoot any unexpected failures on equipment and remedy to resume equipment operations.

•Ensured seamless multi-million dollar frac operations by managing a team of 15 for equipment setup and breakdown, enhancing team efficiency and minimizing downtime; while coordinating cross-functionally with other teams on frac site fostering a collaborative environment and achieving operational excellence
