• Deliver direct quality care to laboring mothers which includes electronic fetal monitoring and implementing interventions necessary to correct non-reassuring fetal heart tones
• Evaluate, develop, and implement plan of care for high acuity patients with diverse range of pathology
• Assist in medicated and non-medicated pain management techniques, provide emotional support, establish trusting relationships, advocate for patients and their families, and educate patients on labor and delivery process and provide skills necessary to care for their newborn.

• Assisting physician during procedures such as Endometrial Aspiration Biopsy, Cryotherapy Colposcopy, I.U.D
• Insertion's/removal, Vaginal Rejuvenation, and Endometrial Ablation, Clean and sterilize instruments and dispose of contaminated supplies
• Perform phlebotomy and necessary laboratory tests, Collecting and preparing laboratory specimens
• Authorize prescription refills as directed, administer injections and medications as ordered by physician
• Assist with front office, greeting patients, answer phones, book appointments, check in/check out patients, verify insurances, check benefits
• Scheduling patients' appointments and surgeries, sending reminders to patients, and scheduling emergency and add-on surgeries
• Providing patients with pre- and post-operative instructions
• Understanding surgical procedures, such as necessary time surgery takes and medical staff necessary, in order to properly maintained surgical schedule.
