Duties: Place and receive daily orders, spot check warehouse for inventory discrepancies, identify and locate special order parts, receive trucks and deliveries, use forklift to move and unload items, perform monthly engine inventories, perform quarterly warehouse inventories, open and close building daily, check-out and ring up customers for products and parts, receive phone calls and emails from customers, dealers, and vendors for orders or sales, pull parts for boats going onto the assembly line and put into bins, pull engine rigging and special parts, organize, clean and create barcode labeling system for the warehouse, create new locations for parts and re-organize warehouse, monitor inventory for price increases and change accordingly, speak with vendors about upcoming changes and new products, take over special requested part to the assembly line, create new boat BOMs for accurate part pulling, perform weekly boat inventory, work with owner and operations manager on any and all projects needed to be completed, scheduled outbound freight pick-ups and deliveries, increased warehouse efficiency by implementing new inventory systems and procedures.

Duties:Schedule day to day tasks. Prepare crew for workday with workorders and where they will be going. Taking calls from contractors for deliveries or purchases of materials. Contacting contractors to check status of jobs and performance reviews of company to see where improvements can be made to improve relations. Travel to jobsites to inspect the equipment onsite. Check in on employees on jobsites to see how they are performing. Maintaining paperwork and timesheets. Interviewing and hiring new employees. Unloading trucks when they come in and receive the materials in the orders. Place orders for stock, customers, contractors, and jobsites. MOT certified to perform lane closures, flagging operations, and all other required maintenance of traffic needs. Deliver materials to employees in the field. Train newly hired employees on policies and techniques in the field. Assist other branches when they need help with either equipment or personnel. Inventory equipment daily when mechanic can't do so and send to corporate. Mark jobsites for utility locations where signs will be going per the plans so that utility companies can mark them. Prepair plans for the employees so that they know where equipment needs to be placed. Assist branch manager with any daily or emergency task that may come up.
