11 Years 6 Months- Start off washing cars then was promoted to the quality inspector where I would inspect the cars after repairs making sure everything was in working order. After that, I was promoted to repairs production where I would make sure the repair jobs would get done on time and parts transferred to our production manager. I then moved up to an estimator and before that I was a parts manager and a customer service representative. I’ve been working in the auto collision for over 11 years and created an emphasis on customer service. I’ve evolved from what I was at Crickets (customer service representative), production manager and now an estimator for the last 4 years.

4 Years 3 Months- I was a manager after working there for a few years to details include washing cars vacuuming cars, waxing cars, detailing cars. I also picked up and deposited checks into the company account.
