Projects accomplished include:

• Migration from OneLogin to Okta for SSO
• Developed ansible CI/CD pipeline, deployed on GKE (kubernetes in GCP).
• Linux based DNS and DHCP implementation for internal networks
• DNS and Email security for external domains (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) including DMARC report analyzation
• Business automation via Google Cloud Functions around automated email reminders for HR
• Migration of engineering tickets from GitLab to Jira Software
• Network design and implementation for several new sites, including site to site tunnels leveraging Meraki and Arista equipment
• Migration from JamfNow to Mosyle for Mac device management. Later to Intune for increased coverage of OS types.
• Rapidly designed implemented a prototype network to get a nascent cloud off the ground.
• Led the IT side of two different acquisitions.

• Wrote Ansible roles to manage services including: Docker, ntp, nscd, and nfs volumes (Pure Storage's Flashblade)
• Extended Active directory to our AWS AZs in Oregon and Mumbai
• Configured AWS Route53 and ec2 to extend our infrastructure to the cloud
• Extended legacy Openldap server for replication and distributed across regions, consolidating identities.
• Configured Hashicorp Vault for secret storage and automatic usage
• Wrote scripts in bash, python and powershell to automate tasks
• Implemented Commvault for company wide backups to AWS S3
• Upgraded Netapp OS from Ontap 8.3 to 9.5
• Migrated 25 TB (180+ million files) of data into Nasuni Global file system, deploying multiple caching servers both on premise and in vpcs in multiple regions.
• Maintained postfix, Bind, isc dhcp, iptables, FlexLM licensing, nfs, HaProxy, and Active Directory services
• Diagnosed issues with NFS, firewalls, network loops, in house tooling, Jenkins nodes
• Helped establish site to site vpn tunnels between offices

• Implemented MDT to automate build of Windows ten images and deploy it to a mix of pc models
• Worked in a VMware environment on VMware workstation
• Assisted in the configuration and installation of a Vsphere cluster
• Racked and inventoried servers
• Wrote scripts to help monitor the network and systems
• Scripted the setup of MDT to create and tear down quickly
• Troubleshot application issues on Windows 10, Mac OSX, and Centos7
• Automated the install of 100+ applications for deployment on Windows
• Configured a Centos 7 server to act as a router, dhcp server, and firewall to segment research networks from the rest of the school

• Troubleshot and maintained all networking devices and infrastructure across the school including switches, routers and firewalls.
• Maintained and updated existing network services such as NFSv3, CUPS, and desktop applications
• Tested and implemented new systems for production use including OpenLDAP, FOG (an open source imaging server), and upgrading user desktops from Ubuntu 12.04, 14.04, and finally to 16.04
