Dedicated clinical operations leader with a proven track record in process improvement and staff management. Expertise in enhancing patient care and employee training to drive team performance and satisfaction.
When my position was eliminated at SABIC, Progressive Health leadership asked me to assume the Director of Clinical Operations role for a new partnership between Progressive Health & Rehab and Aambe Clinical Solutions. I was to oversee clinical operations for the new venture, including site setup, staff interviewing and hiring, and performance metrics monitoring to drive process improvements. These clinics would be established primarily to provide high-quality Primary Care as well as Occupational Health Services for tribes on Native American lands as well as the surrounding non-native populations. While in the ramping-up stages of this program, I was also tasked with developing skill checkoffs for Progressive Health and Rehab's entire employee population, to enhance employee capabilities and ensure high-quality patient care.
