Summary
May 10th, I will have worked for Unity Point for 15 years. I am a role model performer on my evaluations and have been for years. I take great pride in my work and strive to do my best everyday with a positive attitude. For the last 10 years I have participated in the STEP program for PCT’s. While being part of STEP, I have organized both ICU departments and have set the standard for cleaning the unit and equipment with my Prevent the Spread program that I started in 2016. The point is to prevent hospital acquired infections that are spread between patients due to not cleaning properly. On top of my PCT tasks and STEP tasks, I am also responsible for some secretary duties. Duties include, but are not limited to, ordering through Lawson and stocking supplies.
