I'm a mother of four Jonah who is 21 served in the Alabama Birmingham mission has been home for a year and goes to school in Provo. Josie who is 16 a sophomore plays 4 different sports for her high school and just got her driver's license. Malin is 13 Cheerlead at her Jr. high and enjoys spending time with friends. Malin is deaf and is the reason I went back to school to learn American Sign Language. Parks is the baby of the family and is 10 and everyone loves to be around Parks. He enjoys wake surfing, soccer, and everything in between. Kourt my husband is Oral a maxillofacial surgeon in town. We have lived all over the country for his schooling and residency, but we both grew up in North Ogden Utah. We love East Texas and can't imagine our lives anywhere else. The majority of my church callings have been associated with the youth of the church. I have served in multiple different young women presidencies over the last 20 Years. I served in the primary presidency and also the Relief Society presidency. I am currently serving in the Stake Young Women's Presidency and love our youth. This past summer we organized 250 youth on a 7-day trip to Nauvoo. This has been one of the highlights of serving the youth, watching testimonies grow regarding the prophet Joseph Smith and our savior Jesus Christ.
