Jamie Demaree

1994-1997 Worked as an Engineering Technician in the construction pool. Worked in Grand Forks District, Williston District, preliminary survey, design and planning and programming.

1997-2005: Engineering Technician Bismarck District

2006-2009: Project Manager on the Memorial Bridge Project. Duties included structural steel inspector, assisted in surveying and material testing quality assurance. Surveyed and inspected the construction of both parks.

2009 - 2010: Project Manager Heart River Bridge and West Main Mandan Project. Duties included all project manager duties, survey duties and all project inspection.

2011: Project Manager interstate reconstruction project in Richardson ND. In charge of all project management, supervised 3 technicians, consultant surveyor and one new transportation engineer.

2012 - 2019: Managed several sliver widenings, mill and overlay, chip seal and microsurfacing projects.

2020: Managed highway 83 mill and overlay project. Project included a 36 mile safety corridor and 200,000 tons of asphalt paving. Final yield for the project was .001% over-run

2022: Managed and inspected the 80th St bridge project. Oversaw the DOT provided survey and material testing.

2024 - Present: Project Manager and lead inspector for the Exit 161 project. Overseeing four inspectors, consultant materials testing crew as well consultant survey crew. Most days had four different contractors working and it was not uncommon to have up to six different contractors working all at the same time.
