• Constructing, implementing and oversight of Public Transit Revolving Fund (PTRF), Section 5311, Section 5310, 5339(a) & 5339(b) grant program's including Notice of Proposed Rule-Making, allocations, applications with applicable appendixes, agreements, and oversight per federal circulars/regulations and state statue for Rural Public Transit Agencies. Tracking and compiling financial and ridership data for National Transit Database (NTD), Federal Fiscal Report (FFR), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) reports and government representatives (federal and local). Assisted in constructing our Public Transit Revolving Fund, Section 5310, Section 5311 State Management Plans (SMP), Public Transit Agency Safety Plan (PTASP), Transit Asset Management Plan (TAMP) and the Oklahoma Public Transportation Policy Plan (OPTPP).
• Successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks according to urgency, resource availability, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Planned, designed, and scheduled phases for large projects.
• Identified plans and resources required to meet project goals and objectives.

I oversee and conduct surveying/planning activities. Supervise all construction via paving, utilities, as well as interact with the local populous when activated. I am a project manager completing over 15 projects in 6 different countries. I am the Technical Engineering SGT for my OC/T Training battalion, overseeing 268 soldiers and a Squad Leader and am responsible for 14 OC/T soldiers below me and maintain all aspects of their military careers, via missions/financial/personal development etc.

• Land Surveying, AutoCAD drawings, legals, plats, construction staking, topographic, ALTA jobs, blue prints, knowledge of OKC plans and specs. and the ability to annotate and correct any deficiencies, etc. Oversee jobsite construction activities relating to surveying and data collecting.
• Performed field calculations to complete assessments.
• Gathered, organized and modeled data for reports and presentations.
• Collaborated with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to ensure accurate information was incorporated into designs.
• Entered legal descriptions, lot sizes and other data into online databases through AutoCAD, SurvCAD and CADD interfaces.
