The Animal Pad (501c3 nonprofit all breed dog rescue)

  • Worked with a dynamic team of unpaid volunteers in San Diego assisting with events, leading teams, & process development.
  • Director of Adoptions for the year of 2020. Implemented new protocols & processes that lead to an enormous increase in adoptions & a streamlined process for all teams. Trained, oriented & assisted a team of over 25 unpaid volunteers to facilitate adoptions, adoptions-vetting liason, virtual homecheck team, & many more. Created a separate wing of the organization for dogs that were pregnant to help take them off the streets & find homes for the entire family once old enough & vaccinated. Adopted over 1,500 dogs into wonderful homes during 1/2020-06/2021.
  • Fostered over 15 dogs with the organization. Major advocate for the rescue community.
