Jamie Fette

I have over 25 years working inside a distribution center. I have worked side by side with my direct supervisor for most of those years. I have always been a reliable employee who shows up everyday and cares about the results of my work. I enjoy my co workers and treat them with respect. I believe that i earn the respect of the people that i work with. I have worked in a warehouse environment for a long time and am familiar and comfortable with the everyday business of Fechheimer . I strive to be the best at everything I do and feel like I will continue to achieve that. As a warehouse supervisor I think the most important part of the job is dealing with people. If the direction and processes are good, and your employees respect you, then the results will be positive. I have worked with the WMS D365 since it was implemented and will use the knowledge that i already have and will continue to obtain new things daily. I have a strong background in leading a team to meet deadlines and objectives. I take ownership in my work and pride myself with in developing ways to make things more efficient.
