Process critical and serious notifications with accuracy and urgency. Handle inbound and outbound calls with clinics and physicians regarding patient monitoring. Clean up and organize rhythms and rate strips. Process multiple rhythm strips for batch purposes.

• Perform EKGs, Holter/event monitoring setup, scan Holter monitors, performs autonomic function testing, and paperwork processing for diagnostic tests performed.

• Care for elderly residents with their daily essential needs, assisted with activities that residents were not able to perform themselves.

• Performed Pacemaker and Defibrillator interrogations. Tested implanted devices by monitoring the pulse-generator and lead function for cardiac patients.

• Performed Pacemaker phones checks (TTM – Trans-telephonic Monitoring), Holter monitor processing/scanning, and EKGs.
