I originally moved to Fredericksburg from the UK in May 2013.
Since then, I have spent a majority of my time in the insurance industry, doing both sales, service and claims.
I have found claims to be my strong point, and very much enjoy the investigative and problem solving side of it.
I am always learning something new daily, and am eager to learn different aspects of claims e.g. handling injuries, resolving liability disputes.
I have a very strong ability to multitask, and organize my day using Outlook calendars and daily planners to keep my self efficient.
-Coach and mentor associates throughout their transition period
-Monitor & grade calls and queues, and provide constructive feedback to the associates
-Have weekly coaching sessions with the associates to discuss areas of opportunity, and provide guidance on improving those areas
-I have made myself available to associates, supervisors and management to assist with any tech problems
-I have assisted with classroom training on multiple occasions, and have always made myself available to assist whenever help is needed
-Provide excellent customer service and empathy to callers who are inquiring on existing claims, or reporting new claims.
-Setting up new loss reports, and gathering all applicable information to resolve the claim as quickly and efficiently as possible.
-Work queue activities in between calls, and following up with the insured/claimant where applicable.
I am consistently exceeding my goals, often achieving a 4+ each month in all metrics. I was chosen to host a coaching session for my team, to help them understand my methods on how I achieve my calls per day while maintaining excellent customer service. I have won on a few occasions internal team competitions for CSS & CPD.
