  • Provided cultural education and somatic tools for youth and adult allies for Filipinix Mental Health and Wellness. (Buong Loob Filipinix - Serving the Bay Area)
  • Educated community members on Ilokano Traditional Crafts such as Inabel (Ilokano Weaving) as a means to support community mental health and well-being. (Ginhawa Marketplace)
  • Advised the California Art Council on applications for their Impact Grant which provides funding to collaborative projects supporting historically marginalized communities.
  • Led a coordinated effort to expose the cultural misrepresentation of Asian Americans in the Sacramento Art Community including making a public statement at City Hall and in the local news media.
  • Collaborated with other community organizers to create Sac AAPI for Palestine, an artist and cultural worker led event to raise funds for the Palestinians experiencing genocide.
  • Provided consultation to Civic Thread and Black Artist Foundry on California's Jobs First Program which aimed to provide equity and inclusion to communities who have been systematically denied access to resources, power and opportunity.
  • Served on multiple panels to share my expertise on plant medicine, community wellness, cultural and traditional art and craft.
  • Collaborating with other diasporic Sacramento Cultural Artist and Practitioners to take a stand for solidarity by creating a significant Fiber Arts Mural in South Sacramento to represent its rich cultural diversity.
  • Provided Cultural Art and wellness offering for The California Endowment.
