Accomplishments

    -Always motivated to move up within the company. Started off as a Teller and worked my way up to back office Operations which was truly my calling and loved my job!

    -Was a part of testing and went through a company wide Core system conversion with Ion Bank.

    -Was selected to be on committees with Ion Bank, including being the head of Duck Race Committee each year.

    SARF (Safety and Security, Accuracy, Responsiveness, Friendly personalized service) which was a huge part of the companies standards. They have an employee recognition program that honors employees who best represent the principles of their service philosophy and service standards.

    In addition to receiving this award several times in the years I was with the bank, I was selected to be a part of the committee to choose the people that best fit within this standard and also to organize any events that the bank was doing for SARF.

    -Went to several hair shows, and additional educational trainings in Hair to further my talent in cosmetology. Which i also consider one of my biggest passions and still love to do as well!
