- Varsity program has made the State playoffs in back to back seasons improving to a League title (7-1 in League play) in '23-24. Improved from 10-11 in the '22-23 season to 14-7 in '23-24
- Before joining the program, CCHS had a combined record of 6-27 in the 2 seasons prior, and an 0-5 record (incl. four losses of roughly 30pts or more) during the '21-22 season before finishing 4-11 for the rest of the season after joining.
- As JV Head Coach for '23-24, specialized in Player Development utilizing the Constraints-Led Approach (CLA) to teach Team tactics as well as sharpening players' skillsets.
- Began the '23-24 JV season with a sophomore PG who scored 38pts in a double-OT loss. Later in the year, a freshman guard scored 43pts in a road win overcoming a 20pt halftime deficit
- As a volunteer Varsity assistant the previous two seasons, assisted the Head Coach with game-planning/strategizing, scouting opponents, and developing practice plans
- Due to state MIAA restrictions, served as the Head Varsity Coach for summer leagues/offseason events, which included coaching 15+ games where I put together practice plans and used a Player Development mindset to help further success in the winter

- Endured a difficult schedule which saw us compete against three teams ranked #1 nationally at the time of the match (Brewster, Hargrave Military Academy, and Scotland Campus)

- Doubled as a Dorm Parent, where I formed relationships with the players and stifled potential team conflicts through conversation (e.g: Bigs complaining about guard play)
