Accomplishments
I completed the Eight (8) week training program for DDO Companies (franchise that owns 240 Taco Bell locations nationwide) in Seven (7) weeks and took over management of the Taco Bell Traverse location. Based on metrics spanning across food cost, labor, customers, speed of service, 5 Star Taco Bell Supreme Rating and transaction growth this location had been in the bottom forty (40) perpetually for the last fifteen (15) months. Since taking over and turning the culture around while minimizing turnover this location has been in the top ten (10) for the last three consecutive periods.
I successfully completed Jimmy John's University. Throughout my career at Jimmy John's I took over management of three different stores that were struggling and in the negative and turned all three of them into profitable stores. The last store I managed was one of the highest profit stores in the Salt Lake Valley.
At UPS I started as a loader, I very quickly graduated training to be a driver and shortly thereafter I was elevated to a management as the PDS (Package Dispatch Supervisor). I was responsible for the intake and delivery of anywhere from 50,000 to 100,000 packages a day.
