The Associate provides administrative, logistical, and project management support to the Chief of Staff, the Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Learning, and the Executive Team, Senior Team, and Management Team. They also serve as a key member of a team that supports the President & CEO and NWLC’s Board and Board Committees. In addition to possessing strong communication and project management skills, the Associate must have the ability to manage multiple fast-paced tasks simultaneously and to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

As the Spring District Intern I assisted in the daily operations of the office including delegating incoming casework, maintaining the mail filing system, and answering phone calls. I also assisted with special projects including Congress in Your Neighborhood, a program dedicated to providing direct service for constituent needs.

I assisted attorneys and criminal investigators with the handling of sensitive information daily by utilizing federal databases to conduct research and catalogue evidence for Felony 1 case files.
As a product flow specialist I received and shipped products to and from stores on a team of eight, twice a week. Other tasks included filing reports regarding incoming product shipments twice a week and analyzed stock data daily.
I virtually conducteed several research projects surrounding the application of synthetic biology and ensured the accuracy of reports and data analysis, utilyzing Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft PowerPoint to deliver reports to my team on a weekly basis.
