Working for Janiking I’ve performed general custodial duties, including: cleaning, sanitizing restrooms, break rooms or common areas and also maintain inventory of cleaning supplies. Majority of my shift I work independently with minimal supervision and always followed all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling cleaning chemicals or operating equipment.

Becoming a team member for Smoothie King I’ve learned the fundamentals of making smoothies , prepping food or equipment , engaging with guest and also opening and closing the store. Getting promoted to shift leader I’ve Trained new employees and delegated daily tasks when the General Manager is not in the store and also Resolve customer complaints and issues and offered thoughtful solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

Working at Amazon I’ve used proper lifting and handling techniques to maintain a safe working environment. The exciting part is collaborating with team members to complete timely orders and avoid delays. By the end of my shift I’ll clean my work area from debris to ensure that other associates come to a safe working area. For the love of helping my peers, I’ve become learning ambassador to assist learning trainers, help other associates with the basics of working at my site and also lead new hire associates for onboarding classes.
