Tending to a small non-commercial nursery by labeling plants with correct binomial nomenclature, saving and processing seeds for future use, transplanting volunteer plants into pots for use in landscape projects, weeding invasive plants to promote biodiversity.

Worked with a team to care for the physical landscape of Portland State University through tending to the health and beauty of the urban ecosystem.

Used hand and power tools to weed, mulch, prune and plant. Also safely removed and safely discarded biohazards and trash.

• Contributed seasonal harvest help to various organic vegetable farms
• Collaborated with team to pick ripe fruits and vegetables, and sort, wash and package produce as well as complete other farm maintenance work such as weeding, pruning, broadforking and planting future cash crops, cover crops, and native hedgerows.
