• Managed aggregate and concrete material delivery schedules and plans as well as equipment usage rates for efficiency.
• Conducted change orders, budget adjustments, and tracked contractor and supplier pay request billings.

Project Names: 10th St. Bridge and Anthony Wayne Bridge

Project Values: $21,600,000 and $17,500,000

• Managed dehumidification and cable wrapping process for bridge rehabilitation projects. Included rewrapping bridge cables, installing dehumidification equipment, and installing injection and exhaust air sleeves.
• Created daily quality reports of work performed each day to update owners and upper management of project progress, issues, material availability, and concerns.
• Developed production plans and quality documents for jobsites including quality control plans, task plans, JHAs, inspection documents, emergency action plans, and hazardous waste programs to be utilized by the field staff and management.
• Lead daily morning safety meetings, safety walks, and environmental mitigation walks to specifically meet DOT regulations for over 50 people on site.
• Conducted jobsite orientations for employees where I used proficient communication skills to inform new employees of critical information to help maintain the project’s good status.
