
I am a patient advocate - caring for our patients rights, with kindness, caring, the ability to listen and follow through. Working not only for the patient but the business, providing outstanding customer service both inside the company and out seeing to the patient getting all the possible benefits going through the very difficult journey they are going through.
I have the ability to exercise independent judgement, discretion, working independently with kindness, caring, compassion. Taking ownership, responsibility following the rules and regulations of HIPPA, all in a timely manner with a sense of humor. My patients enjoy and trust working with me.
Not everyone can say they love their job, but I love and miss being a Financial Coordinator.
