Within the kitchen and front of house services of the Malt Shovel Pub i was able to utilise all my skills of communication, tact and professionalism when dealing with the public remaining professional in an often busy and stressful environment.


The cattery was multi faceted ensuring the smooth running, maintaining standard, communicating with the owners and meeting the cats needs.
