I assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living skills, I conduct residents rounds and monitor their whereabouts. I monitor behaviors and perform de-escalation techniques and redirect residents when situations arise. I assist with breakfast and monitor residents while eating. I perform cleaning duties as well as residents laundry. I take inventory of residents belongings. I perform medication technician duties where I pass medication to residents on the Noc shift.

• I worked under the Nursing Department helping on the floor with the patients
• I did vitals, patient rounds, assisted with discharges and admittance, patient inventory, helped with prompting patients with hygiene, and de-escalate situations.

• I assisted in the admissions of new clients as well as discharges
• I took client vital statistics and charted them into the computer
• I took client inventory and logged it into the computer and stored it in the inventory closet, I trained new employees on the procedures and duties of a Recovery Coach, I lead therapeutic groups as well as arts and crafts
• I de-escalated aggressive situations and assisted in restraints, I did fifteen minute checks on clients and document their actions and behaviors.

• I worked in the Probate division where I processed court documents for Guardianships
• Conservatoships, Elder Abuse restraining orders and Decedents Estates
• I ran background checks through law enforcement databases such as CLETS and CCPOR and entered the results in court databases
• I worked with outside agencies such as Child Protective Services to provide them with case information when the judge ordered welfare investigations
• I oversaw five clerks where I provided training on document processing and court policies and procedures
• I assisted with complex court inquiries and customer complaints
• I took meeting minutes for monthly staff meetings
• I did the daily accounting and cashed the clerks out at the end of the shift.

• I processed all inmate intake information into the computer
• I made client charts, made Dr list for each patient appointment including what medications they took
• I answered the public phone inquiries and provided resources and referrals to mental health services, I filed patient charts
• I prepared monthly meeting agendas and took meeting minutes.
