  • Detachment LPO-9. Supervise team of 14 personnel in the production of 148 aviation products and over 600 oceanographic products resulting in 179 mishap-free flight hours of MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft and 517 total oceanographic training and operational flights of the P-8 Poseidon aircraft for seven squadrons attached to Commander, Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing ELEVEN.
  • AG1 laid administrative ground work to begin offering an avenue for our Sailors to qualify EAWS via three separate squadrons on NAS JAX based solely on the operational support that the Detachment provides to them.
  • Regularly attend operational meetings with NAS JAX squadrons and Wing-11 and updates the Triad for any operational requirements.
  • AG1 spent 10 hours of coordinating with the base Learning Center and regional CREDO coordinator to hold a command level MBTI team building workshop resulting in three hours of personal and team building skills.
  • Coordinate and create over 30 Plan of the Week documents for the detachment resulting in better communication and a set scheduled for all to follow.
  • Create an evaluation assistance binder and held 80 hours of training with Sailors across three UICs during Sailor 360 that ensured timely completion of evaluations.

  • Achieved Sailor of the Year by completing rank task with accuracy and efficiency.

Accomplishments

Led volunteer efforts within command with Sailors, holding month long fundraiser to gather over 80 pounds of clothing for area Wolfson Children’s Hospital, as well as food service and beautification efforts to area Veteran organizations. Further, 24 hours to Ronald McDonald House. 40 hours to transporting patients, creating boxes full of masks for each hospital department and 4 hours in assistance in their special food distribution project at Ascension St. Vincent’s Riverside Hospital. 140 hours by serving food, prepping food and cooking food in the kitchen for veterans of all military branches at VFW Post 7909. 6 hours to the Jacksonville Military Auxiliary force. City of Jacksonville 5 hours to the Seniors of Duval County.
