Employee Health Nurse/LOA Assistant:

• Coordinates annual health assessments for existing employees and new hires for TB and other required immunizations.
• Completes required labs. N95 mask fitting. Provides first aid. Reports and cares for all blood-borne pathogens, needle sticks, and other work-related injuries, including proper documentation in the medical chart.
• Analyzes reported leave requests, including FMLA, unpaid state, military, and company-specific, to make determinations based on client plans, state, and federal regulations.
