Coordination of services for approximately 120 clients who span across many counties, training and onboarding of caregivers, daily communication with case managers and state nurses, Medicaid report generating and submittal with strict deadlines, monthly meetings with state representatives and case management teams, detailed client documentation, and semi-annual in person visits to all clients' homes to ensure their care and needs are being met.

Daily client and caregiver communication to correct program coordinators, caregiver onboarding and reference checks, caregiver timesheet training, assisting program coordinators with varied tasks as needed, responsible to update and edit caregiver training materials as needed per state changes to Medicaid programs, and overall daily organization and efficiency of healthcare departments.

Gate agent for incoming and out going flights, counter agent to assist with passenger check in, ticketing, and customer complaints, assistance with ramp responsibilities including loading and unloading baggage, flagging planes safely to gate upon landing as well as outbound flights, and pushing back aircrafts. Trained and certified complaint resolution officer for both United Airlines and Delta Airlines.

Worked in a youth home of approximately 10-12 teenage children and was responsible for making meals, driving to and from school, extracurriculars, and medical appointments, ensured school work was completed nightly and assisted as needed, and helped resolve issues within the home through one-on-one communication and active listening.
