• Fill and prepare medication for Pyxis MedStations ™

(Automated Medication Dispensing System) throughout the OR and Emergency Department including Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, Surgical ICU, and Neonatal ICU.

  • Troubleshoot Pyxis ™ including recovering failed drawers/doors, resolving medication discrepancies, and clearing medication return bins.


• Prepare intravenous admixtures in accordance with USP 797 guidelines.

  • Safely compound and batch IV admixture and solutions including epidurals and Avastin.
  • Change and replenish Crash Cart trays throughout hospital after patient codes.
  • Clean, restock, and check for outdated Crash Cart trays throughout hospital including Labor/Delivery, OR, and patient care units.
  • Clean and replenish OR Pharmacy trays for Anesthesiology during surgery.
  • Clean and replenish OR Emergency trays and stock emergency carts throughout OR including "Trauma Cart" and "Heart Cart"
