Answer all incoming calls for four campuses. Meet and greet associates, students, Faculty members and visitors. Dispatch all transmissions to the Security Officers in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service to all customers and direct calls to proper departments. Data entry of all parking citations for the Altamonte Springs, Heathrow, Oviedo and Sanford/Lake Mary campus. Maintain lost and found reports, Produce photo identification for Faculty, staff members and students. Responsible for keys for restricted areas and maintain in /out log sign in sheets. Along, with clerical assignments from the Staff Manager of Safety and Security department.
