Love to grow things. My husband is a Landscape Architect so it was natural that I became interested in plants and design. Cooking is a specialty, right now I am exploring different Asian cuisines, Korean, Chinese, Thai, and Japanese.
Music has and always been a major part of my life. I play piano and sing. Currently, I am learning to play the Xun, an ancient Chinese porcelain wind-instrument. Traditional instruments fascinate me.
Art is also a major part of my life for as long as I can remember. I excel at painting (murals in particular), pen and ink, and sculpting. Art brings so much into my life which is the main reason I want to become certified in teaching it. We all need a healthy way to express ourselves.
Currently, I am systematically riding the "Rails to Trails" bicycle trails in Florida.
Flying drones is a new interest that I hope to develop in the next few years.
