Going to the Gym and walking

I am a member of Weight Watchers, love the program. I have been a lifetime member for 3 years, which to me is a great accomplishment. This way I can remain at my goal. I love going to the Gym, being a nurse I know how important it is to stay healthy. I try an walk 3 miles a day, some days a little less.
