Spearheaded the successful launch of the Illegal Dumping Program in collaboration with the City of Vallejo. Provide timely reports to the city and management. Manage the Bulky pick-up drivers, daily operations with customers, drivers, and Customer Service Team in these areas. Act as relief for the Operations Supervisor during the hiring process, Weighmaster, dispatch relief and other areas within the Vallejo site. Perform administrative duties to assist the Operations Manager & Supervisors. Create PO's in JDE, review TCP daily. Review Drive Cam and coach as necessary, monthly driver and safety observations, respond to accidents, incidents and complete findings in the Go Canvas reporting system. Respond to customer requests, complaints, and maintain a positive and calm approach. Maintain a awareness of the CBA when communicating with Drivers and other Union Team Members. Cultivate positive relationships with our vendors to deliver supplies, uniforms and other materials to our team.

• Assist customers by telephone and in person with their trash needs and debris boxes for residential and commercial sites, set up and close accounts and closing, process payments, defuse upset customers and work under deadlines

• Throughout career with AAA, my experience has allowed me to be work in many areas of the organization such as, Claims, Member Service Associate in Call Center environment, then directly to a local Branch processing DMV, Cashiering, and Auto Travel
• Passion for Travel allowed me to also work as a Travel Agent with my final step to a leadership role.
