I am looking for a role in retail, having over 16 years’ experience in customer facing roles, including working in retail at Boots on the No7 Counter. I have strong knowledge of skin and beauty with Level 3 in Make-up Artistry and Skincare. I have experience in cash and card handling skills, a proven track record in upselling and working flexibly as part of a team, which included stepping in to help other sections of the store during busy periods. 3 Months- My role is to support the lead teacher supporting the children who attend the Sunday school each week, assisting in setting up the class rooms correctly,
- Behavior management and supervision and the support of children with disabilities and those who need additional learning support.
- Identifying concerns of any of the children and ensuring the lead teacher is informed of all concerns of the children attending.
- Mentored new volunteers, providing guidance and support for effective integration into teams.
- Coordinated logistics for church functions, ensuring seamless execution of activities.
- As well as my work within the Sunday School I give additional time supporting the cafe which is ran several times a week.
Mental Health volunteer
6 Years 11 Months- Running groups to support people with poor mental health including running Zumba classes.
Coach Worker
8 Years 10 Months- I currently volunteer for a charity which supports women who have escaped domestic violence. My role involves supporting women on a one-to-one basis which involves good listening skills and signposting to external and the internal psychotherapist. I also co deliver self-help sessions to groups of survivors and I am the facilitator who delivers a programme to raise confidence and assertiveness.
