I have gained some experience coding health records. I have successfully coded 5 records a week for 8 weeks through my schools online internship practicum. Through this practicum I have gained knowledge of and experience with, to include but is not limited to:

• ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT and HCPCS codes and guidelines
• 3M Coding and Reimbursement Software
• Electronic Health Records (EHR)

• Developed leadership skills as a warehouse manager for a small business with an older warehouse. Direct supervision of 4-6 warehouse associates at a time. Organization skills developed through reconstruction, restock and cleansing of the warehouse, manual restock as well as restock of each individual item into an electronic stock organization system. Basic computer skills developed and computer skills dealing with shipping and receiving, including BOL paperwork. Experience with manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and forklift. Communication skills from direct contact with owner, other management, warehouse associates and clients from both the NEPA Fulfillment warehouse and from Trusty Tables, which is a party supply rental business ran out of the same warehouse. Regularly assisted with both businesses, Transfer/setup/take down of large rent-able party tents, chairs, tables, and other rent-able party supplies. Completion of daily order picking, packaging, and shipping of warehouse orders through an electronic fulfillment software system.

• Order picker with ride on electronic pallet jack and forklift experience. Items picked ranged from small items and items up to 50lbs. Completed all daily orders plus extra orders if done early. Completion of daily checklist, which includes cleaning of workstation and parts of warehouse.

• Envelope machine operator/maintainer create diverse types of envelopes, which includes applying the adhesive material to seal the envelope.
• Some experience with a printing press.
• Responsible for the cleaning checklist is to be completed daily.
• Responsible for accurately and efficiently creating 100-1000+ envelopes, depending on order and order size.

• Machine operator of up to 6 machines developing individual parts of home improvement kits, like metallic and nonmetallic electrical fittings and low voltage products. The job included loading multiple machines with a plastic product, which would melt into a mold to create the part, taking the molds and packing them to be sent to the packing department. I also worked in the packing department making kits out of the products, packing, and labeling the kits for shipment to stores. Experience with manual pallet jack.

• Store associate with the responsibility of maintaining a clean and organized store. Cash handling, product organization and inventory management, hot food and beverage management, daily cleaning checklist, and customer service. Inventory count experience of 100's of inventory items.

Crew member with the responsibility of:

• Customer service of 100's of customers daily
• Food and order preparation
• Stocking and organization
• Cooking
• A daily cleaning checklist.

Informed and trained on food safety.

• Responsibilities include stocking and organization of 1000's of different merchandise and in different departments.

• Backroom truck loading and unloading experience.
• Managed efficient cash register operations.
• Used in-store system to locate inventory and place special orders for customers.
